We visited Cervejaria Charrua in Portalegre today and had an exceptional experience. The staff—a welcoming team of two gentlemen and a lady—made us feel right at home.
We ordered the “Febrinhas do Alguidar” and “Fraca Tostada” , both of which were incredibly delicious. The flavors were outstanding, and the dishes were perfectly cooked. The Ginjinha, presumably made by the chef, was a delightful finish to our meal.

We went to a cafe that had not yet started working. We very politely asked for coffee, and later we got wine and a wonderful lunch :)). The best food and service. Amazing people and new flavors. One of the best food experiences in Portugal.

Great stewed beef.
Small place, about 12 to 15 seats.
Parking: Plenty of parking but sometimes full
