When we arrived there was a bad smell around the ordering machines, we received the order and the potatoes were cold and so were the burgers. It wasn't pleasant at all...

I'm from Porto and I've visited several of the chain's restaurants.. The one in Portalegre is the best of all.... Both the burger and the potatoes were wonderful... I highly recommend it

Great stop for a quick coffee. Really clean and delicious coffee if you're looking for something close to a north American latte

Renovated place but in terms of service, in addition to being slow, little staff attitude toward the customer, 30 minutes of waiting and I had to leave the table to get the tray, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, we were there the entire time we were waiting to eat and the eating, there was a table that had not been cleaned, the bin was piled up with the trays as nothing else could fit in the rubbish bins.
The space is pleasant visually but very poorly organized in terms of service.
