Very friendly service. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, very quiet and calm music. It has a beautiful view over the playground garden. The menu is typical of a pizza hut. I recommend. I paid €12 per person, which we ate supreme garlic bread, individual pizza and chicken salad, and coffees.

The food is good, but I asked for potatoes with bacon and cheese, and they let them burn, we asked them to make others, because the good thing about those potatoes, and the melted cheese, and it was dry, they took the potatoes, and in a minute they brought exactly the same ones potatoes only removed the burnt parts, summing up a poor service, friendly employees, but if they don't know the difference between a melted cheese and a dry one, something has to be changed

The location of the pizzeria is very good and the view of the tarro garden is wonderful. My wife and I arrived for dinner at 6:30 pm and we were very well attended to, but after 7 pm, when another employee came in, she never came to the table, I tried to call and it seemed like she didn't want to look, and there were 4 employees standing by the cash register talking to each other. and they weren't even caring if everything was ok at our table, very bad service. BIG COMPLAINT:Today i went to Pizza Hut Portalegre for the first time. I wanted to treat myself by sitting inside enjoying a pizza after a hard day. I ordered, picked a nice seat in the restaurant informed to the staff that i want to sit inside.I got my pizza delivered and sat at the table eating it when suddenly another staff came, telling me from the manager 'indirectly' that i should leave the restaurant as I was not allowed basically to eat in the restaurant (when ordering take away). In shock and tears feeling discriminated and poorly treated i left the restaurant with my pizza sitting outside and in my car eating my pizza. I feel so poorly treated by staff.I wanted to go to the restaurant to treat myself by having a pizza when basically being told by staff i am not meant to sit in the restaurant and I was forced to leave and eat outside. It was a shocking and very hurtful bad experience. I never had a experience like that in a restaurant i paid food for. Hard to have a good experience after that having to eat outdoors and in the car.

Exceptional food!Environment and well-designed physical arrangement.However, the service left a lot to be desired.And I'm talking specifically about one person (Sofia), who I can't say if she's a landlord (by the way she treats people, I think she's even a landlord), or if she's an employee; but regardless of what it is, he has a frown all the time, serves with little desire, not being able to explain what services/products are available to customers.We arrived just before 10pm and ordered right away.But from 22:30 onwards, the look of bad taste got even worse, even arching his eyebrows when we asked to fill up the refill for the second time.Then, he went to our table and said in a harsh tone that we should order soon, as the service ended at 23:00.A good product is just a good product, and it doesn't save any business; bad service can be fatal in any type of business...I recommend the establishment, but advise that you look for another table attendant, until this young lady takes some service course, or at least understands that she is dealing with people, therefore, the least that is expected is kindness.Gilmar Vieira
