Located on a country road outside the town of Portalegre2 wood burners kept us toastyWaiter spoke EnglishWould have been nice to sit at a window with three lovely views but those tables were set up for 4 and we were 2 so had to sit by the wall. It was a shame because it wasn't that busy.Good food and wine and prices.
During our trip to Portugal this is the best restaurant we had, truly a treat, delicious. And a big thank you to Nelson for his service, his good humor and his good advice.And for a price that we are unlikely to get in France. We highly recommend ??
Parking: The car park is next door, there is also space to park a little further away if you are a van or camper van.

Very good restaurant! The service was very good, with very friendly and welcoming staff. We ordered meat with shrimp in cream sauce and it couldn't be better.Great place to come and eat.
