We made a reservation by phone the day before. Despite requesting the possibility of changing the schedule, they told us that we could only be attended to at 12:30. We left the establishment after 2pm and more than half of the tables were still empty ? On the other hand, the attention of the two waiters left a lot to be desired. Unfriendly, with abrupt manners and continually coming to the table to take our plate away even without having finished (quite stressful). When we arrived we had bread, olives and two tubs of commercial butter with a tub of pâté on the table. Eye! On the menu it appears covered with bread and olives. And so it is. For each tub of Mimosa they will charge you one euro, and the same for each tub of pâté. Total €3 for products that you have not ordered and that leave much to be desired in terms of quality. Just indicate that the food was good and congratulate the kitchen staff for it.
Parking: Complicated in the vicinity. Hospital opposite which makes parking difficult
Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow stairs to access the establishment. Non-adapted bathroom and narrow hallway to access it.

We decided to stop here and at first we were hesitant because of a bad experience in Porto. So glad we stopped in! The food was exquisitely fresh! Bernard was our waiter and he was soo helpful since the menu wasn’t in English!! He was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend his recommendations, we ordered everything he recommended and we were pleased throughout the entire experience! Stop in and grab some of their delicious food!!

restaurant with a typical rustic decor, with a beautiful wine cellar, mainly from Alentejo but not only, and very good taste, excellent menu with game dishes, beef or black pork, several options, despite not being cheap, the dishes have generous portions making the relationship good price quality, attentive and professional staff, excellent starters and desserts. The icing on the cake is the traditional ambient music, usually fado, present at a very low but audible volume, making the environment more welcoming and characteristic.
