Solar do Forcado is a welcoming restaurant with a beautiful and comfortable space, featuring allegorical images of bullfighting. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, making the dining experience excellent. The menu is a delicious surprise, with dishes such as baked cheese with olive oil and oregano, Alentejo Açorda soup, wild bull kebab, and lamb shoulder roasted in the oven. The food is succulent and harmonious, with roasted new potatoes and sautéed cabbage accompanying the main courses. For dessert, the carrot pie with chocolate ice cream is an excellent combination. One minor aspect to improve is the serving of natural water without asking the customer's preference. Overall, Solar do Forcado is a sensational restaurant with a wonderful food experience.
