I placed an order on 07/13/2024 via the website to be delivered to my home. After more than an hour of waiting, to my surprise, the order came wrong (fewer esfihas than ordered and with different flavors than what I eat). I contacted the store, they acknowledged the error, apologized, and instructed me to contact them by email to request a refund of the purchase. At the same time, I sent a message with the order information to the email provided. After a week of waiting for a response to the email, I called the store again and they told me that they couldn't do anything and that I should wait for a response to the email. It's been two weeks and no one has bothered to resolve the issue. There were several attempts to contact me: I received no response via email, and no one was able to resolve the problem over the phone. Terrible customer support service.

Yesterday I placed an order at 7:00 pm and it was 9:00 pm and it hadn't arrived yet, I was very patient understanding that it was Saturday. I called the Portela store where I asked to know where my order was and the extremely rude and impatient attendant said that my order had been ready for a long time and that there was no courier to deliver it, and I asked if the esfiha would arrive cold. because of this delay, and she said she couldn't do anything, the store was only responsible for the preparation and if I wanted the hot esfihas, I could go get it, because Glove didn't have a courier available. I didn't believe the attendant's response! I asked to cancel the order and she hung up the phone. I had no reaction. Two minutes later she called and said that the order had already left the store. Conclusion of what happened, the esfihas arrived cold as I expected, dry and without filling, the sweets were all messed up one on top of the other and the drink for the promotion which would be 7up came with zero guaraná which no one here drinks at home. This was definitely the last time I ordered from this establishment and I will always advertise negatively.

I placed an order on 07-06-24, and I had a sad and unpleasant surprise... because before it was great but now it's a joke... No filling, no seasoning, and even no dough!
The sfirra looks like a sheet of paper, like in the photo I took, simply horrible…. No quality and prices unchanged. This sfirra network has grown a lot and until recently the sfirra was still great, but now it is simply horrible.

What to say about Harab's Esfirra Portela?This is a great restaurant concept from Brazil that I have tried while visiting other countries.Basically, it focuses on mini pizzas of different flavors and combinations, basing prices on classic, vegan/vegetarian, and premium options. They also have menus offering savory and sweet esfirras, along with a drink. They have family menus as well. For those that want a bog pizza to share, they have a full menu of those, offering a 30 cm. and a 36 cm. pie, and the crusts for all come with catupiry cheese filling.

Huge disappointment.. Esfihas poorly stuffed, everything sticking together and a Gorgonzola that tasted like soap.. What little cheese there was was all stuck to the esfihas that were piled up above..
