I was at Sushi Rão for the first time today and I was disappointed, the service was confusing and there was no permanent person to help, I asked for the premium carvery but there was nothing premium! high price for a service that leaves something to be desired… the waiting time for the food was another problem, the restaurant was empty and even so it took a long time! I have no desire to go back!

Terrible service, speechless! Talking loudly and false friendliness doesn't make up for the fact that we waited an hour for three temakis (with already softened seaweed), a dozen pieces, and another dozen that we ended up canceling because, after an hour and a half, they hadn't even started cooking yet. to do. A disgrace from start to finish, with the cooks arguing so loudly that it could be heard in the room, because they weren't keeping up with the orders. Worst of all was one of the cooks coming and justifying himself and saying that it's normal for them to take time, as if we hadn't heard their argument in the kitchen!!! And the waitress at the end even told us that out of courtesy they weren't going to charge a waste fee, when only half a breaded temaki was left on the table and served to us cold!
I'm not even going to talk about the illegality they do in which they force everyone to eat premium rodízio, if someone orders one, everyone else at the table has to order one too. But nothing that a visit from ASAE can't solve, to remind them of Portuguese laws and consumer rights!
Never repeat it again, and remember that social media in no way demonstrates reality!

The restaurant's location is in the basement of a shopping center, which provides an unpleasant experience, similar to being in a subway corridor. This environment contrasts greatly with the expectation of a pleasant and relaxing meal.
Additionally, the prices charged are high, which does not match the environment offered. It is understandable that prices may be fixed due to other restaurant units that have more privileged locations, such as in front of the beach. However, this discrepancy between price and environment can cause frustration among customers.
One suggestion to avoid false expectations would be to change the name of the unit from "Parque das Nações" to "Moscavide". This would help better align customer expectations regarding the actual location of the restaurant, avoiding disappointment.
In short, the sushi is of good quality, but the overall experience is compromised by the location and the disproportion between price and atmosphere.

A wonderful experience.
I was at Sushirao on 20/06 with my wife and a friend. Extremely attentive service. The sushi pieces are SPECTACULAR. Very well made.. the sushi chef put together a Premium rotation for us that left nothing to be desired. We ate like kings.
We highly recommend this wonderful sushi place in Lisbon.
