ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. Horrible service, rude. I tried to get in touch through this contact that appears on Google due to a request I wanted to make at Uber Eats and I wanted to confirm some questions through the store. I called several times and they rejected the call, until a lady answered asking who was talking to which I responded asking if it was from açaí in Portimão. Her answer: it’s not made from açaí at all. And he hung up the phone on me. I sent a message because I didn't understand what had happened and I thought the number shown here was wrong, after all it wasn't, because today he responds with the justification that he was in the hospital. 0 professionalism, if you don't know what customer service is, leave the phone number of the responsible store with someone who knows how to do that. It is the type of establishment that should focus and train on important points beyond marketing.
