The food is so flavourful and quantity is extremely satisfying but OH MY GOD they take so long to bring the food! Almost an hour to bring the main course. I didn’t know how to feel at the end of it, given the positive experience with the taste.
The lady who owns/runs the place gives the reason for delay as ‘the chef produces everything fresh so it takes time’. But 1 hour for food is too much. Then you have to reduce the number of tables being served.
I would think 100times before going here again.
Atmosphere is also extremely noisy - somehow acoustics amplify the volume of people taking.

In Portimao for a 10-day job... I read the reviews and was a little scared but decided to try it as there are no other Chinese people around... STILL GOOD!!! I ended up coming for dinner several times (4) because the food is very good, the prices are not inflated and the service is simple, practical and effective... I recommend the aromatic duck!!!
In Portimao for a 10 day job... read all the bad reviews and was a little bit frightened by them, but still, I decided to try it because there's no other chinese place nearby... SO GLAD I DID!!! I ended up having dinner here 4 nights in a row because the food is just that great, the prices are average, and the service gets the job done... I strongly recommend the aromatic duck!!!

Friendly warm welcome with a choice of anywhere to sit. Loads of choice on the menu, Chicken Satay was unreal, could eat a bucket full of that! Lovely staff and very traditional!

Too bad I can't give 0 stars! Terrible, horrible! Burnt food, when we complained, it was exactly the same food, only the dish had been changed...even after complaining, the response from the owner of the establishment was that there was more to do, to eat the meat like that. He turned his back and started making fun of us! I decided to ask for the complaints book, which I was denied, and only after threatening to call the competent authorities, as an establishment open to the public is required by law to have a complaints book and cannot refuse it, did the same happen to me? . The rest of the food was reheated. The waiter smelled really bad! Run away from this place!
