Well that wasn't fun. I've never had such a bad experience in such a lovely looking place from the outside. The staff were rude and were having conversations with eachother while stood right next to our table. We were given a completely different meal to what we asked for and when they attempted to correct it, they brought the exact same thing out. I'm not sure how that mistake can be made. We paid €3.70 for a glass of cream, with a small dribble of hot chocolate at the bottom and €12 for 2 sandwiches. Anyway, we won't be rushing back!

absolutely disgusting place, the menu said once price and then the receipt says another. we ordered a hot chocolate that was the size of my pinky finger, wasn’t asked if we wanted cream etc but gave it to us and then sneaked it on the bill anyway.Ordered 2 tuna and cheese toasties, one came with so much mayonnaise it was sickening and the other had no tuna or chips. when mentioning to the staff they were unfriendly and didn’t have a care in the world, the staff were only stood with one table (clearly their family members) and didn’t care about any other tables needs, the staff finally took our plates and then after 10 minutes of waiting they bought out the same awful incorrect meal, and slammed it down and said “enjoy”in the most moodiest tone whilst talking about us to the other staff in a bad tone. really unpleasant atmosphere and stupidly expensive considering we didn’t order what was served.

The snack bar offers hot meals, snacks and drinks at affordable prices. We ordered vegetarian and regular citizens. Both dishes are highly recommended and were served with a fried egg on the burger and fries on the side.

One of the rudest places ever! I’m normally a very patient person and I’m very understanding especially when it gets busy, but the moment we were there, they were very unwelcoming, shoved us around (physically), kept telling us to move when they could have easily walked around us. Very unfriendly staff, very rude & disorganised!
