Wirklich leckeres Essen wenn auch eine überschaubare vegane Auswahl. Die Pasta ist perfekt al dente und die Pizza hat einen veganen Käseersatz. Außerdem ist das Personal wirklich unglaublich nett!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Bella Portimão restaurant recently and was amazed by the experience. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by attentive and extremely courteous staff, which left me with a great first impression. The food is simply exceptional. Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the presentation is impeccable. The desserts also deserve a mention, which closed the meal with a flourish. In addition to the food and service, the atmosphere at Bella Portimão is another highlight. The space is pleasant, well decorated and provides a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for both a romantic dinner and a family gathering. I highly recommend Bella Portimão to everyone looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience in a charming environment. Without a doubt, I will be back soon!
Very good cocktails, very good presentation! Spectacular food from pizzas, pastas, lasagna, everything spectacular! Staff 5*! One of the children at the table accidentally burned himself on a dish that came to the table and the staff immediately provided us with ointment for the burns and were always very attentive to the child.

We ordered a pizza and a carbonara, believing they would be good choices in an Italian restaurant. The pizza was good, but unfortunately the carbonara was one of the worst I've ever had, with no flavor other than the taste of boiled egg.
So far, so good, it could have been a bad day in the kitchen. We called the server, politely explained the situation and returned the dish practically untouched, as it was inedible. The attendant served us impeccably and went to find the manager to help us.
The manager, however, lacked professionalism and handled the situation and feedback very poorly. Instead of gaining new customers, they ended up losing us due to poor service.
We don't know the restaurant's other dishes, but we saw that we're not the first to complain about the carbonara. This shows that they are not concerned with listening to customer feedback to improve.
Although the other servers are very polite, I do not recommend the restaurant due to the lack of quality and interest in improving the weak points. If you are looking for good Italian food and good service, I suggest looking elsewhere, as we will.
In short, we returned the carbonara, paid the entire bill and my girlfriend left without eating anything. They didn't try to remedy the situation. On other occasions, managers at other restaurants didn't let me pay the bill and even offered me another dish.
Quality in service and product make the difference in the success of a business.

As an 'Italian' restaurant, I decided to order the carbonara dish, but I have to say it was one of the worst carbonaras I've ever tasted. I tried to eat a little, but I wasn't satisfied at all. There was no pepper, there was no Pecorino or Parmesan flavor, and the guanciale was just fat. I politely informed her that the dish was not good, but the manager did not know how to deal with the situation. Instead of apologizing, she argued with me, as if I had no right to express my opinion. I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who knows how to appreciate true Italian cuisine.
