Horrible, and thus tarnishes the name of Vendas Novas bifanas.Horrible service, staff always rude and in a bad mood, it seems like it's general there, no good morning or good afternoon.We pay, we say thank you and nothing comes out on the other side... incredible.Except for one guy who works there who still says thank you...The steaks are horrible and the bread is completely toasted (I asked for a steak and not toast with meat inside)High prices for the quality of the food.Unfortunately, sometimes and because I have little time for lunch I have to go there...There are soup menus, but even here they can't do a good job.Look at the spoon they gave you to eat the soup, plastic and small for dessert (see photo)I went to complain and they gave me another bigger spoon, the answer was "we only have these that are good for everything"All said, if you can, avoid this place.

A SHAME... I'M HERE ON VACATION AND AND 3 DAYS IN A FOLLOWING 10/31/21 AND NOVEMBER 1 AND 2, 2021 AT 20:30 THEY NO LONGER HAD VEGETABLE SOUP NOR THE CHICKEN SOUP IT WOULD BE BETTER CLOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT...LOOL

I asked for a beef steak menu and they ended up giving me a steak with pork steak. I know the difference between pork and beef, and yet the girl at the counter was repeatedly saying it was beef.They ended up giving me my money back.
