If they are Portuguese, they don't just go there. I've seen from other comments that the treatment is the same. They really make it feel like the fact that we are tugas, that right from the start we are occupying a table that a foreigner would give more return.

I asked for olives oil but I got spicy olives oil, without mention that it is spicy and I have allergy from spicy. Really bad service from this guy who said that his name is Pedro but I think he was lying because when I asked him he scared and he just said a random name!! When I negotiated that with him he didn’t apologise and he said that I asked for spicy oil ? Also, when we want to pay the bill, they said that the machine is not working so we have to go to the cashier to pay it!!
Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergies because they don’t care.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to! We start with the facade which is falling into ruin, we still wanted to give it a chance, We continue with the expeditious welcome from the waiter who just wants to be quick, no smile, nothing. Tables that stick, i.e. dirty. We asked for 2 cocktails, which were poorly made, we called the manager and told him it wasn't good, he took the drinks for us and brought us back the wine list because HE said we weren't going to like the drinks. We remain hopeful for the food, which is clearly frozen and reheated, with burnt parts. We didn't have a drink during the meal, because they didn't come back to see us. I came back angry the next day, the same manager told me that there was no point in coming back as I should have filed the complaint yesterday. I asked for the complaints book “livro das reclamações”. He told the waitress in English not to lend me the pen in English. I sent my husband to buy a pen for 4 euros but I wrote in this book. Don't hesitate. The worst part of all this was the way the manager treated us, as if he was doing us a favor to welcome us and that we just had to eat even if it was disgusting! Are we also talking about the cleanliness of the toilets?! No need because they aren't! Don't go there, you'll regret it, I'm attaching the complaint here in Portuguese! So upset by this experience I'm still shaking

To begin with, they had a menu board at the entrance of the restaurant that would have starters and a main course for €12.90. When we sat down and ordered the menu we were refused. We felt completely different treatment from the rest of the customers, who by the way were not Portuguese. I'll give you an example: we ordered two colas, which were brought to us at the table without any kind of license. At the next table (the English) they opened the Coca Cola and put it in the customers' cup, among other things. Care is not the same with Portuguese customers as with those from abroad. Do they work for tips? As for the taller, blonde gentleman in the restaurant, I don't know if he's the owner or manager, but his friendliness leaves a lot to be desired, as does the way he speaks to the staff.
