It's just a Burger King. Annoying: The order signage is only credit card to insert. Not NFC. I had to run back to the car. At the second order I saw the cash option... The restaurant was full of tablets with food but the guests left already.

Wow. You go to Burger King because you want a smooth experience and you want to know what you’re getting. We ordered at the self service terminals, and still ended up waiting 35 minutes for our order, which they managed to get wrong. Everything was also lukewarm at best, so it had definitely been sitting there for a while when they handed it to us.

Burger King is good, spacious. It's only important to include options on the menu for people with some intolerance (lactose) or even give some emphasis to vegetarian products, who knows.

Unfortunately this is not the first time that it takes more than 25m (wrap menu) where the order after paying at the ATMs does not even appear on the information board. After seeing orders and more orders coming through, I question the employee who tells me that it usually takes longer to be made (???!!!).The fastfood concept clearly cannot be applied in this establishment!!! Very collaborative but also disorderly...KAIZEN... Look for it... You'll be grateful for the tip!!! ???????

The last time I went there I ordered a king chicken, which was served with hard, moldy bread, I was a regular customer and I was always accompanied by my family. From now on I will no longer go as I already have enough doubts about the quality of the products sold.----The response I received regarding your bad service is not the most appropriate, perhaps it would be better to report it to those responsible, as selling unsuitable food gives rise to a complaint with the responsible authorities and is not "hey" to exempt you from placing an order on the application.

Every time I visit the place to take food home, something is always missing.From ice cream, drinks, napkins, etc. Besides, they never put toppings on the ice cream.They shouldn't charge a bag if they don't ask the customer if they want to.They should learn something from BK de Lagoa.The positive, the friendliness of the staff.

Worst Burger king ever visited. When I reach the counter to order for 7-8 minutes no one attends me. I Ordered wopper the patty was dry like cardboard. While I was eating a homeless man comes to me and ask for money(Inside the restaurant). He was going to every table and the staff was just watching. Never gonna comeback.
