Cafe Palmar (Café Palmar)

Unfortunately the food is very bland, my son had a double burger and it was a bun and meat. That's it, no sauce, tomato, onion or anything like that. The employee also had no expression on her face. The view is nice, otherwise there is no reason to stop here.

Owner of cafe very stern with her approach to customers..almost as if we were an inconvenience to her day..No service skills whatsoever..No eye contact during our payment ...No thankyou,enjoy your day NOTHING..

This restaurant is in a prime spot and in the day time has great views out to sea. We were here in the evening having checked it out earlier in the day. We were greeted warmly and given a choice of tables. The lighting made the place feel cosy and created a nice atmosphere. The service was perfect~ maybe helped by the fact that at this time of year there weren’t many customers but we appreciated the effort the staff went to. Two of us had omelettes which came with fries and salad, each presented as a good sized meal. For me I had the star of the show ~ a whole sea bass served butterflied with potatoes and veg. Without hesitation I can say this was the best sea bass I have ever eaten. Fresh and locally caught. Perfect.

Wonderful little café, friendly service, good food and a wonderful view of the sea when sitting outside.

A nice spot with a view. Food was OK. The only place in Praia de Rocha where staff actively asked us to add a tip when paying. Average service so we probably wouldn't go back, but not terrible.

Very bad cuisine. Dont buy fish here. The view is great for a drink in the afternoon buy the food is not great and is overpriced.

Gallon very poorly taken, almost water. Unfriendly lady.

Food is amazing- have been twice now for lunch and for dinner - did not disappoint can definitely recommend
