Fantastic restaurant, no English menus but the server walked us through and explained every dish really well , off the main road and feels very authentic. We both had seafood (stuffed squid and grilled octopus) they were great and tasted very fresh.
Very cozy restaurant. We tried the snails, which were very good, the chorizo made over the fire (see photo), the baked octopus was delicious, and the delicious cuttlefish. The only defect is that it lacks a little light. The waitresses are very attentive and friendly. Totally recommended.
4 Stars and a half! There is always room for improvement... Went there 2 times with family for dinner while staying in Portimao. Friendly service, nice food. Too bad that some of the eats I was aiming for sold out those days. The sangria was REALLY good! Just don't go at it right away, let it sit for a bit. Recommend and will revisit on my next opportunity!
