After standing in the corner for more than half an hour with a 13-month-old baby, a couple with children arrived and where I was going to sit, they kicked me out of the table…..
The employee just didn't push me by millimeters. Is this how you treat people? After so many years, a bullshit employee sees the situation and does nothing? Everyone looked at the lack of politeness of the man who kicked me out of the table and at the employee who immediately went to clean the table and did nothing. I’ll never go back there again and I won’t just criticize here….

NOT WORTH IT!!
We spent 30 minutes queuing as was quite busy to just get a small tub of ice cream and a milkshake, once we got the ice cream we waited another 15 minutes for the milkshake that was meant to be Oreo flavour but had only 1 singular Oreo in it. The ice cream was flavourless slush and possible the worst I ever tried! Wasted €10 at this place for terrible service and terrible ice cream. Don’t waste your time here.

Nice place, ice cream is not bad. The attitude of some people working here is horrible to say the least. They can afford this because customers are not usual and everyone is basically a tourist. A bit pricey considering the poor service. They have us the wrong order in two different occupazionale. Really sloppy and confusing

Very bad service. In addition to having to request the order several times, they still left me with the change. I asked twice and gave up waiting for just 30 cents. Poor quality ice cream.

Great welcome, we visited their establishment twice. We ordered Portuguese snacks and pastries, everything was very good and the service was very fast. I recommend you !!

A crepe with strawberries and nutela was 8 euros.
The location was good, there was music and it was comfortable.

A friendly welcome and a large choice of ice cream and pancakes. A very pleasant break before returning to the apartment. I recommend this place.
