My Aquascaping Journey
The worst KFC we have ever had. The chicken was so dry and over cooked and it tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The portions were very small also, some were smaller then the chicken wings we purchased!! (see pictures). The chips were terrible and chewy and not good. Overall terrible. 3

Whenever I try to go I never get served even without any customers, how is that possible? The first time there were 2 employees, 1 counting the cash register and the other chatting, I waited for 5 minutes and no one answered me. Second time (today), there was no one to help, I called who was inside, he started to help me, but an employee from another establishment arrived to exchange snacks, he stopped helping us, we waited and thought it would be a quick thing. Well, no, we gave up and left. And that's how, we always go there, we give up waiting for them to serve us and we go to the competition.

This is definitely the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I have used it on a few occasions it is always bad but today took it to a whole new level. Even after a 20 minute wait they still forgot to put half the order on the tray. I will avoid it at all cost in the future. By the way this was 12:15 in the day so should have been ready for lunch time.

Newly refurbished food court outlet. Self service machines you can order in Portuguese or English- however unlike UK they only accept payment with an actual card not a phone/apple pay so if you want to pay that way you need to say pay at the till this seems common here where cash or an actual physical payment card is preferred for self service machines. Food was good & hot - fries like the old style U.K. fries & chunky chips available- a bit like U.K. chip shop which were well cooked & very nice chips. Staff helpful & friendly but actually getting your order is very slow so be prepared to wait a little. Soft drinks you fill yourself from a machine they give you the cup to do so.
Vegetarian options: Yes there is a vegetarian menu at KFC
Kid-friendliness: Children’s meals availableToilets & baby change nearbyElevators (lifts) to food court making it easy for prams & pushchairs (strollers)
Wheelchair accessibility: Good there are elevators (lifts) to the food court & disabled toilets on this floor too

In military service I ate better.The food basically could be very improved, the fries, cold, bland and not at all crunchy and the chicken burger and the cube, well below other similar places, even KFC.
Terrible, since the service is that the waiter doesn't speak or understand Portuguese, I asked for a double crunch menu and he served a simple one which was cheaper, then they changed it but what they served was terrible, burnt and dry. To forget, I don't recommend anyone to come here to this center
