Giant disappointment! It was my and my girlfriend's favorite restaurant. The taste and quality of the food has never failed, but everything is ruined by the poor disposition and rudeness of the employees. The employees speak to each other in their own language and you can see that they make fun of the customers, constantly laughing. A tremendous lack of professionalism. They are rude, they don't know how to say good night, nothing. You also noticed that they treat English customers better because they probably know that there will be a tip and it shouldn't be like that, regardless of the customer's nationality, whether they are unfriendly, annoying, whatever, all customers should be treated the same way. An excellent restaurant that ruins everything due to the antipathy, rudeness and lack of professionalism of its employees.

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. I hadn't been there for a few years and this year I went twice and this week was the second time. We received poor service on both occasions. We had to ask for things numerous times, this time including the wasabi. We were halfway there when they finally took him. The waiters look outside more than at the customers at the tables further inside. The waiter with glasses should definitely improve the service and be more friendly. I hope that my review (which I've seen says the same thing as others) can help the restaurant improve its service.

The food was horrible. I haven't been here for two years and I swear never again!!! The service was also terrible, they were very cold towards us and had little desire to work. You had to speak very loudly to call for an employee as they were all leaning against the counter or on their cell phones or talking. It is with great regret that I give up coming here.
