We are used to coming as soon as we come to Portugal, unhappy with our last experience we had reserved a table for 20, do you have any doubts that it is very difficult to bring everyone together at the same time, that's why we are arrived early to reserve the table. Following this we were told that if the others were not on time our table would be skipped. Working in the catering industry I have never seen that. If no one was there I would have understood but that was not the case. Our evening was therefore ruined. We had to split up and eat elsewhere. Despite everything, we thank the hostess who was very understanding and very welcoming.

I'm not use to write negative comments on the internet, as it’s my first time, but in this case I was stunned by what happened that I really have to share it here. I, along with a group of friends, decided to go for a drink after dinner. We already knew the space and thought it would be a good place to visit on a Friday night. We sat down and ordered drinks, and one of the people in the group decided to order a tea because she couldn't drink alcohol and was informed by the waitress that the kitchen was closed at 10pm (it was 5 minutes before 10pm, however). Another person decided to order a coffee, to which the answer was the same, "we no longer serve it because the kitchen was closed". Faced with this pointless situation we decided to order the remaining drinks, out of the group of 7 people, 2 people decided not to order anything to drink at the time. The waitress went to place the order inside the space and soon returned to our table, informing us that the manager said that it was mandatory for all people to consume. Considering this situation extremely stupid, we decided to get up and leave the space. It is the first time in my life that I have seen such a situation, we were completely in disbelief with what happened. On another night we had already gone to the space with a group of almost 20 people and there were no problems. This "rule" imposed by the "manager" doesn't make any sense, perhaps she selects customers according to their appearance, I have no idea. But they ended up losing a large group of customers. And then they are surprised to say that establishments in the Algarve serve poorly, no wonder with management like this.
