I don't speak Portuguese, but the man taking orders was so helpful and made a special order. Would highly recommend. We got the super size pizza, and it came with garlic bread and drink 28/29euros Food was very tasty

Well-stuffed pizzas, the bigger they are the cheaper per person! Ideal for families! They give soda and on some days garlic bread. Cheap delivery fee, I only paid €1 here in Portimão. Out of 10 service!

This has been happening quite often, today I made a point of mentioning it (again) in the comments. The pizza simply doesn't come cut and here at home it makes a lot of difference, yesterday it didn't come and today even when I ordered it it didn't come either. The quality of the pizzeria is deteriorating so much that I called to question what was said in the notes on my order and they read it and assured me that it had to be cut because they just don't cut it on the edges (I don't understand if the customer asks for it, something that is the rule in other places houses) so since I was considered a liar because I said it wasn't cut, here's proof that the pizza was NOT cut and it's sad that they're losing so much quality in such a short time. Have you noticed that if we don't ask for thick dough, the thin one looks like a sheet of paper? ? Among other things.

Since they deleted my comment on Instagram and Facebook. I'll have to put it here.I ordered 2 giant pizzas and they sent 1 giant and 1 family. I also ordered Fanta and they sent Pepsi. We called them and the answer was that it was impossible for the attendant to have spelled it wrong. 5 people at home heard the call.The giant pizza can clearly be seen to have been made with the smallest amount of dough and stretched to size (as shown in the photo below).I don't recommend it as much for the food as for the service.

The pizza is good, but I ALWAYS order Ice tea and they always send Pepsi. ??♀️I don't know what's going on, since the order is made through the application, they can't say they wrote it down wrong.Once I called and complained, they changed it to Ice tea, but unfortunately the delivery man arrived when we had already finished eating...I thought they would correct the problem, but no, the next time they kept coming back wrong again.It would be good if they respected what each person chooses to drink. Here at home, Pepsi goes straight to the cupboard because no one drinks soda.

I have been a customer of Pizza Nostra for many years, which has always excelled in excellent service, but I regret to say that the delivery service has worsened substantially in the last 2 years, where now, a delivery that would take approximately 30 minutes now takes an hour (last delivery today on 21/09/23 in Portimão it was 59 minutes). On the penultimate delivery, which was also late, I called it to attention and swore not to order again... until today where I thought that maybe they had improved but apparently nothing had changed. I called the store and, as before, conveyed my displeasure, which they supposedly took note of.Something I also found unusual was that the pizza was overcooked, making it much drier!Let's see if things improve in the coming months as I won't be ordering again anytime soon.
