Pizzaria La Capriciosa

Supermarket style pizza, not the best kebab served raw. I did not enjoy it. I would expect much more for the price. The man on the door is the only positive, very friendly and approachable.

We weren't very hungry and just ordered a pizza for both of us. Despite the thin crust, the pizza fed us well. I think it lacked a little pepperoni, it wasn't very fancy.

I found the service confusing, some waiters take orders, others serve, others collect. You don't know who to ask for things.

The burrata was extremely delicious! Unfortunately the pizzas and the risotto were very plain of flavour and didnt meet our expectations. I would not come here to have pizza, but im sure they have other dishes that are delicious, as the menu is huge. Also, we had to wait a lot to get our food, but its comprehensive as its high season.

On 3 consecutive days between 10:15 pm and 10:25 pm the answer to "if there was a table?" It was always "it's taking too long" meaning at these times they no longer want to serve, the only question I wonder is whether the owner really knows what time the restaurant closes, there are places that really don't deserve to be open

Bad treatment and on top of that they are liars, I do not recommend this place at all, it is the worst thing in Portimao, I do not recommend it because they deceive people. When I sat outside waiting to enter because it was cold, they told me that when a table left they would let me in, the table left. table and they told me it couldn't be done because the table had to be divided and there was a waiting list, no one else sat down all night and I had a cold in bed because of these scoundrels, 0/100 I DO NOT RECOGNIZE AT ALL

It was quite unpleasant to have eight people sitting outside waiting in the street with how cold it was.
They told us that when the tables inside were free they would move us and they kept tables and deceived us. They told us that they couldn't take it because there were two groups of four people waiting and it was a lie. They were empty and we had to eat outside.
All our food got cold.
To make matters worse, the children and the ladies wanted to enter the bathrooms and they tricked you again by telling you that they were both broken. But it turned out that they had cleaned it for the next day and we had to go somewhere else to relieve ourselves

We were waiting for 10 minutes and they told us that there were a lot of people so we should wait at one of the tables outside (it was cold) and then when some of them were left alone inside they would move us, the food would take about 45 minutes to be served. Well, when we sat down, we ordered the starters and the food. After a while we saw that there was room inside, we asked them if they could put us inside, but they told us no since there were more people and they were already occupied, no one has sat there since then. The service did not let us in supposedly because it was “broken down” when it was because they were already picking up and they were clean.

Fatally, we arrived and they sat us at the door with the condition that they would put us inside when there was a free table. One remains after 10 minutes and they tell us that another group is going to occupy it. After 15 minutes we see that no one is there and that they clean the table. To make matters worse, we can't use the bathroom because they have already cleaned it for the next day. We ordered starters and they came with the food. I don't understand the starter thing. We feel cheated.

Employees provided good service and the restaurant is quite beautiful.
However, I had to wait almost an hour for the food. It seemed that the kitchen does not have the capacity to respond to the high number of tables that the restaurant has.
To finish, the pizzas that were ordered were not that good. The vegetables were practically raw.
