Been travelling and even living eight years in around Algarve and all Portugal, this is the second time someone tried to rob us with invented, incredible prices! Portugies people are honest in general, this man is not. Totally dishonest owner, can not recommend! Better to avoid! Nothing to recommend in this place.

Here you eat well,Fish and seafood are particularly recommended, but meat is also very well prepared. Senhor André has first-class house wine and serves the guests quickly and friendly.The fact that he speaks English very well makes the whole thing much more relaxed.You can also be served a dessert (orange tart!) and a cafe.We always enjoy coming here!
Parking: It's best to park at the train station or at Jardim Gil Eanes and walk to the restaurant.

Amazing place! We really loved the service here. It is a place where you can feel the local hospitality and enjoy 100% local dishes. Restaurant seems to be a one-man show but we did not need to wait long for food. And the seafood is FRESH, so it does not need much seasonings. We end the meal with a cheers with the owner over complimentary liquor! Price was very affordable. Our bill ended up being 57 euros in total for 4 persons.

Ate a grilled tuna steak - the best thing I've ever eaten.The owner speaks English well and is very warm.The ambience is very simple and the place is on a street. Not inviting from the outside. I only went in because someone wrote in reviews that the tuna was so delicious.The owner's hospitality outshines everything.Recommended for simple and authentic Portuguese food.
