If you're a fan of fresh, vibrant flavors and customizable bowls, Rocha Poke is a must! This poke café delivers high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and a laid-back atmosphere that makes it perfect for breakfast or lunch a casual meal.
We've enjoyed both acai bowls for breakfast and poke bowls for lunch, both excellent. The milkshakes are the best we've ever had.

What can i say, after almost a week of the usual carb and cheese vegetarian options we found this little gem and it did not disappoint. The food is so fresh and healthy and not to mention tasty AF. But the staff are friendly and welcoming and make for such a chilled relax surfers paradise. Would definitely recommend for any vegetarians looking for something thats actually tasty and healthy 10/10

Location is very convenient, close to the beach and has about 15 seats in total, including the seats at the counter.
The service is very kind and fast.
The food quality can vary depending in dish. I was very happy with my Salmon dish, but tasted my girlfriend’s make your own poke with tuna and some of the dressing left a weird taste in the end. Also, there was no meat option for protein.
I would still go again though✅

Pico do molhe is an incredibly delicious poke bowl. Everything about it is perfect) Everything I love about poke - salmon, seaweed, edamame, mango, avocado, hot sauce ?
Fresh ingredients, LOTS of everything. The portion is very large, be careful, fragile girls))
They also make fantastically delicious juices from different combinations of fruits and vegetables. I tried pink lemonade and lemonade with beets! Miracle how good

Found this place towards the end of our stay in Portimao but had it two days in a row because for me it ticks every box, super healthy, fresh, vibrant, delicious, nutritious food and you can personalise the bowl to how you want it! The ladies working there were such angels, they gave me 'Coyote Ugly' vibes in the most endearing way. Must visit if in the area, my first choice for vegan food!

Absolute best place to get lunch in the area, the food is so fresh, the service is amazing, and they have everything you need for a healthy, satisfying, delicious meal! I go with triple salmon to make sure I get enough protein! It is more expensive but you are paying for better ingredients so it is worth it!
