Amazing experience, the owner Francisco was super welcoming and helped us finding a table in a very busy night.
Food is very good with some Angolan traditional options.
Bravi ?? extremely recommended ??

It was really very delicious. Unique taste, not typical. Special creations somehow, I can't describe them any other way. Staff was very friendly.

Cozy restaurant with a lot of love for food and a comfortable atmosphere. Food is vegan, fish and meat are great!! Service very nice and child-friendly, including a beautiful sunset

The place offers a wonderful view of the ocean and the surrounding rocks. We waited a long time for the food. The agave pickle/Saxon was very tasty. The strawberry rice is special. However, instead of the tomatoes that were served with the salad, some fruit would have been better. I would have preferred to eat figs with it.

The staff were extremely slow and somewhat helpful but it took a very long time for our food to come, we waited 45 minutes for 4 plates, some of the drinks we ordered never arrived and the food was mediocre, also the music was very loud so the atmosphere was overwhelming as we couldn’t hear each other talk - wouldn’t recommend

Firstly, to try and get a decent table took forever. The waiter was busy flirting with a girl and didn't even notice we were waiting to be served or ask for a different table. Asking to move inside as it was quite cold and windy outside felt like a huge problem and they didn't seem happy. Our drinks took half hour to come and the food took over an hour. Only one waiter could speak English, the others just said "I don't speak English" and walked away. Food was sub par, not worth it at all. Even asking for the bill took forever! Do NOT come here.

Food was subpar and the service was terrible. It took over an hour to get the food and when we asked the manager on how long the food would take, he told us "it's not fast food". I wouldn't go to a restaurant if I wanted fast food, sir. Learn how to treat customers and some customer service basics. I don't recommend this place.

The first thing I liked about this place ... the owner telephoned me back when I didn't get through the first time. First impressions aren't great, having to walk through a clothing store ... but beyond ??

We'd made a reservation, and we're greeted by the owner. We had a quick chat and learned some history about the restaurant, before being seated. The seat outside was great. Covered by a huge umbrella you are well protected, and the view is magnificent, over Praia da Rocha.

The menu is diverse and fairly priced. I had the chicken curry, which was really nice and we shared an almond tart for desert ... yummy!

I think, if we lived here, this placed we quickly become a favourite spot. Highly recommended ??

Vegetarian options: My wife had the vegetable curry. This was also very tasty.

Come back here every year. Great tent. Cozy and cozy. Friendly service. Highly recommended. In the photo a swordfish steak. A truly top dish, melts in your tongue. They also have delicious options here for vegans. But cocktails are also well stocked. One of the employees likes to learn languages, so don't hesitate to speak Dutch with him!

Genuinely unsure if this was just a one-off occasion based on previous reviews, but this was one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to and it sucks to have to say that. Food was genuinely awful and came partly cold - when it eventually arrived after an hour wait; service was non-existent - we had to ask for the menus, we had to ask where the drinks were after 15 minutes, we had to ask to be seated inside as it was a cold outside, and we had to ask for the bill three times. I just can’t recommend this place, like - at all.

As we got to the restaurant, we didn’t think food will be outstanding. But it was 10 out of 10! The owner greeted us with open arms, made sure we had everything we asked for. The food was exceptional, both fish dishes and vegan options. All of us agreed that food was increadible. What I didn’t like was the waiter’s comment that “Oh guys you are from Baltics so you speak russian?”. NO WE DON’T. That waiter is stuck in 1989 and if he wants small talk he should firstly update his information.

Vegetarian options: Both vegan choises - seitan and tofu was great. Seitan was the best we ever had.
