Kebab is good. And I know very well that in Portugal the size of Kebab is small. Portuguese Kebab shops need to increase the size of their the kebab like France/UK. Or may be you can give customers two options (large and small)

Small kebab with meat, salad and mayonnaise. Unfortunately for me it has nothing to do with a Turkish kebab. Probably due to Indian influence. If you like that kind of thing, you're in good hands there, no question. I won't go there again
