Octopus risotto as well as the classic discreet soup, while the cod or brias only tasted of egg. Finally they told us that we could only pay in cash and perhaps we could notify us in advance.

Awful experience. Avoid! They bring you a range of starters to your table before you have a chance to order (hard bread! and 1 pat of butter between 2. Refuse these and choose your own if you want to order a starter. I had cod which was so hard it was inedible- tasteless and swimming in oil (not the good type). They only take cash but they don’t state this anywhere in advance. Absolutely awful restaurant!

We were invited to this restaurant by friends and ordered the "tapas" menu together for 25 euros per person.
The food was OK so far, but all the dishes were seasoned with coriander, which made the whole thing quite monotonous in the long run.
The dessert included Pudim Flan, among other things. However, this was spoiled and had already started to ferment. When we brought this to the attention of the waitress, we saw that the person had apparently never been trained for such situations, as the apology for the inconvenience was rather half-hearted and no replacement was spontaneously offered.
Live music played throughout our entire stay (about two hours). At the beginning it was so loud that normal speaking was difficult and slowly increased so that we almost had to shout at each other near the end.

We asked for the bill after the starters and the staff gave us the complete cold shoulder. The bill was much more than we expected. Not great food, not a great vibe and not very nice service. I’d would avoid.

The place is very unique and cute. We stopped for lunch and had a good meal. The service was friendly, the only flaw is that they don't tell you that it's not possible to pay by credit card when you enter, but they only tell you at the end together with the bill, which can be a problem.
You cannot pay by card, be careful. Unfortunately it is only communicated during the payment phase!!
For the rest everything was fine, excellent food and fast and friendly service

Horrible cover for Pataniscas from last week, 1 euro for 4 rotten slices of carrots, 1 euro for a piece of pâté (?), a lagareiro cod that had probably been left in the freezer for months and therefore the cod no longer had any color, consistency or flavor ... Indecent. My wife had chosen grilled sardines and didn't complain. Furthermore, the boss insulted a poor guy who was walking in the middle of the sidewalk. Two very friendly waiters and an Argentine employee who apparently was fired. Heavy environment with the boss...
