It's a shame what Talho Burguer has become, we used to come 1 or 2 times a week, since it opened, it was our favorite place to eat a Belo Burguer.
With the greed for money, unmotivated and untrained employees, what was a dream for Hamburger will become a true nightmare.
Small meat, potatoes soaked in oil, a well-done hamburger is ordered, the meat is raw and you can almost hear the cattle screaming.
With great sadness, we end our episode on this very promising idea, which unfortunately, due to a TERRIBLE move, management will lose its most valuable customers by leaps and bounds.

Our salad was only leaves without anything. You can't call them directly and there delivery service is sooo bad! They delivered us a plain burger, wich was raw!, and didn't want to deliver another one! Don't come here it is really bad!

Yes, it's true, it's different from other fast food chain burgers.But, I can't give more than 3* shopping mall food where everything is taken care of to come out as quickly as possible and the quality falls a little short.But even so, it is without a doubt the best choice in a mall for a burger.Prohibited and highly inflated prices when there is no personalized customer service.

I simply have to write a critical review for this terrible meal. We ordered two burgers, which we waited 30 minutes for (we were the only customers). When I complained, we were told they had 'forgotten' our order and the grill was unmanned. The 'manager' then started preparing our burgers. When I received mine, the sweet potato fries were burned, and the bottom of the burger bun was smeared beetroot-red with raw meat juices. I complained a second time and was told by the manager/grill hand that this was burger meat juice leaking through. However, the patty side of the burger was dry, only the bottom was soggy with raw meat blood... I asked him to put the burger patty in a different bun which was not soggy with blood. He slapped it into an ice cold bun. When eating the burger I then discovered that the centre of the burger was raw (picture attached). I went back to complain a third time and was told by the 'manager' that this was their version of medium-rare. I told him I'd ordered medium, and he then said this was the restaurant's version of medium, changing his story all the way. His colleague had already acknowledged to me that it was raw, and when I told the so-called manager this he proceeded to attack his staff member in front of me. He simply could not accept that he had served awful, raw food and had made a series of mistakes. So much for being a manager - he wasn't managing anything. By this time I had had enough and demanded a refund. He told me he would not issue a refund because I had already eaten most of the burger - failing to acknowledge that I had left the entire centre piece of the burger uneaten because it was raw. He honestly thought I was interested in getting a refund for €11 for an eaten burger - it wasn't the money, it was the principle regarding the terrible food they were serving. Disgusting food and even more disgusting 'manager' service. I have felt sick all afternoon with the parts of this burger I did eat and am trying not to vomit. I will never return and suggest you don't either.
