I placed an order for delivery at 10:40 pm. I contacted the store just to confirm that the order included payment via ATM, to which the employee confirmed that it was and that the order had already been shipped. At around 11pm the order had still not arrived. I contacted the store again and asked to speak to the store manager and he told me that delivery times are just an estimate and so far so good. The problem was when the order arrived with cold pizza, the second pizza didn't even come, the garlic bread packaging was open and the drink, instead of being Ice Tea, came with a 7up. Result: by waiting, a person can even tolerate it; Now, wait, receive half of the order, I think you're making fun of your customers' faces a little. I didn't pay and if you continue like this, that's just what you deserve. What's more, I'm your customer at the Évora store and this nonsense has NEVER happened! Shameful!

We arrived to eat at 7:30 pm and everything was turned off, I imagined it was closed, there are no plates or cutlery, the pizzas go from the board straight to your hand, these pizzas are often greasy, which makes the meal unpleasant.
The pizzas themselves are delicious, but the ambient conditions and service leave a little to be desired.

Terrible delivery service.I use the Glovo service very often and I was only dissatisfied with this store.The first time the pizza was cold and not everything I ordered arrived.2nd time completely wrong order and no response from Telepizza for correction.

Sorry, but my food was very bad. The Pizza Taste only for Salt(why use Salt on a Pizza), chicken Wings was good, but the smallest wings I ever see. Also I order Guarana, but get the only one drink what I hate. Cola Zero. Was ordering over Über Eats.

The SUPER late delivery service is really bad, they don't respect the customer and don't solve anything! They deliver the cold pizza and say they're sorry but it happens... .I will never order again!!!!
