The variety of dishes at Tertúlias is amazing. It's authentic vietnamese food as well as Portuguese, plus many different sandwiches, omelettes, and salads... not to mention different types of grilled fish, juices, bubble tea, coffee, beer etc. We went there specifically for vietnamese food and were not disappointed! We had Pho Bo, Banh Mi, and spring rolls with shrimps and vermicelli noodles and everything was very tasty and inexpensive! The vietnamese lady who served us was very nice and attentive. The restaurant itself is very clean with nice decor and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you very much! We will be back!

Bubble tea, Vietnamese and Portuguese specialties are very good. Simple but effective cuisine. The sandwiches (banh mi) are excellent. You just have to insist if you want to eat spicier. We went there every time we passed through Portimao. Practical because right near the Continente in combination with the races.

Vietnamese food does not get any more tasty or authentic.This family moved to Portugal from north Vietnam two years ago. I had an amazing pho bo and great dumplings.I also had a nice conversation with the owners 8 year old adorable daughter.This is a real family run full of heart place.You should come and enjoy the delicious food and great service at great prices.The place looks like a portugese cafe. But the food is anything but.Although their tosta mista also looked pretty good. But I’m coming back for more pho!
