Warm place with good pastries, cafeteria and excellent service

Margarida Rocha de Oliveira

A little Portuguese house with Algarve sweets recovered from old recipes by D. Isabel over the years. The reception is warm and experienced. They are all great but I recommend the Alvor bowl, which is a delicate sweet with egg jam, cinnamon, lemon and a crunchy dough all around that gives it a texture. Great cold tea from Lúcia Lima and lemonade to go with it.

Very good coffee & cappuccino and the green tea was the best we’ve tasted in a long time ! Tried the Trilogia Algarvia cake as well as the pumpkin cake; they were excellent ? the sponge cakes (chocolate marble & orange ones) were perfect with the tea.

Typical house in the center of Portimão.
Sweets remain the quality of previous years, service is increasingly worse.
We didn't think about going back, which is a shame!

Typical Portuguese pastry shop. We enjoyed in particular our afternoon coffee with cake here. There is not much space but it’s really cozy here. I recommend this place.

Cannot recommend this place enough! A must in Portimão. You need to try the three-layered cake.

Great. Very good pastries in beautiful surroundings. A bit tight to sit on the inside. Card payment only on 5 EUR! (That bothers me because the amount shouldn't matter)
