A lovely, family owned winery just outside of Portimāo. They have about 160 hectares of vineyards, growing a wide range of varietals. They have some blended wines, as well as single-varietal. All of the wines I tasted, were amazing. In particular, the Negra-Mole was outstanding and an incredible deal at 11 Euros a bottle.
I booked a wine tasting for myself and my wife. We arrived a bit earlier than our booked time and were greeted warmly by Hannah in the shop. She checked us in and asked us to choose where to sit outside over looking the vineyard and our tasting began. She explained each wine really well and the sample size was perfect about have a glass, a good half. She also let us try and extra wine that she mentioned. Outside the veranda is lovely but as it was 34 degrees with a warm breeze inside was a welcome option.
