Loki Restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a world-class chef, serving first-rate food that rivals Michelin-starred restaurants. With a maximum capacity of 6 people, guests can enjoy an intimate setting where the chef personally prepares and serves each dish at the table. The 11-course meal is a succession of incredible flavors based 80% on fish or shellfish caught in the Algarve, all local, organic, and homemade—including bread and butter. Passionate about fermentation, chef João creates incredible combinations, using very unique and regional ingredients from the Algarve.
The dishes are served in ceramic pieces made by Portuguese artists, adding to the exceptional cuisine. Chef João is a passionate one-man show, sharing personal stories behind each dish and his contagious love for the region. Though the intimate room has no openings, the atmosphere remains fantastic.
