The owner is a deadbeat. He owes a lot of people. No shame on your face. The service is more "fame" than benefit. I do not recommend. Neither the environment nor the meals.

I was staying in Lisbon with a friend - also a colleague for a few days whilst working. We stayed at the Ibis nearby which is another story! WE found this place not far away and were impressed with the food and the service and so ate here for 3 nights out of the five we were there! I chose fish every time and especially recommended is the octopus salad and any of the fish dishes. Great wine and service with a smile but don't be rushed into making a quick choice, take your time and ask if you are not sure of anything. Typically Portuguese and a lovely atmosphere and reasonable prices.

The spot is nice and cozy. Great food and service. Julia was very welcoming. We were 3 people. We ordered a full dose of sardines and ½ dose of code fish. The food was awesome. But unfortunately we couldn't finish. Too much for the 3 of us...??. Definitely worth it.

Wandered out and found this spot. Sorta followed our noses. Great service and a wonderful meal of grilled sea bass. So glad we found this.

This is a great little local restaurant, not too far from the IBIS Malhao, the Novotel and Corinthia hotels. It is on Rua Basilio Teles just off the broad Avenida Columbani Bordalo Pinheiro. A big bonus was that it seemed to serve food all day. It cost us €31.40 for our meal that comprised a large selection of different bread, plenty of very nice olives, and a huge portion of piri-piri chicken (it was supposed to be a half-portion), fish of the day (which was the excellent peixe espada, a very white fleshed fish with only really one central bone)) a plate of salad, French Fries and some other tasty fried potatoes, and a half litre of very drinkable red wine. Note that what they say in English as “swordfish” on their menu is not what we would think off as swordfish but the very white fleshed fish with only really one central bone mentioned above. Even more confusing, “peixe espada” in Spanish is swordfish. in Portuguese, swordfish is called “Espadarte”.

Fresh grilled seafood and excellent service. Reasonable prices. Our group of 6 went with the recommended daily special - grilled sea bass with roasted potatoes and broccoli. So good!

Great local restaurant. The owner watches carefully that guests enjoy their meals. Good authentic Portugese menu. I can recommend it for a local dinner. If you don’t speak Portuguese, take Google translate as otherwise things become a little difficult even though the menu is also in English. Very charming.
