The cakes are great, but the service is terrible. Some employees were even on their cell phones behind the counter and left me waiting a long time to pay. When I mentioned that I only wanted to pay part of the bill because it was a shared table with other friends, the employee who served me at the register sighed and almost rolled his eyes.
I recommend it for the cakes, but the service is the worst.

A place in the middle of offices where you can spend some relaxed moments.
Unobscured view.
Good service and excellent offer for a delicious breakfast/snack.

Excellent pastry.
Ask for the use of an ATM card. Only accepts card payments from €20.

Attractive pastry shop with good cakes but minimum ATM payment of €20 is a shame. I don't recommend it and I won't go back there.????

In the heart of the Lagoas Park garden, an excellent terrace and the bakery and pastry products that the brand has accustomed us to!

Probably the worst bakery in the municipality of Oeiras, ATM only starts at 20 Euros, in a place where there is no ATM, terrible service from the staff, and space without any cleaning care, inadvisable...

Good afternoon,Dear friends, the day before yesterday I ordered a cake from Sacolinha at Lagoas Park, Mr. António was very attentive... yesterday I went to get the cake from an athlete from South Korea and an employee who was not the one who was serving us, spoke to him in Chinese , the situation was unpleasant, to which she replied that she was not Chinese but Korean.Today I went into the same Sacolinha again, with a guy who asked me for food and where an employee with glasses was doing nothing, I approached her, saying good afternoon... He didn't hear me, so I went to wait at the end of the counter for another employee to meet me. answer. The employee who was serving someone else told the colleague with glasses that I was waiting to be served... she came in upset and in bad manners, I asked if they had a dish of the day, she told me no... So, I asked the guy who asked me for food what he preferred to eat...The employee gave me the menu and the boy ordered a bitoque... a setback for the kitchen! When I went to pay, that same glasses employee was talking to another colleague and they ignored me once again. As I am not invisible and I do not intend to be, I would like to suggest to those responsible for Sacolinha Lagoas park that they undertake training on good practices and customer service and in this way they can ensure that they do not lose customers. Thanks.

Employees who were not very active, not very dynamic, the waiter was an unfriendly young man. With the pastry shop empty, it took 10 minutes to serve the table... I won't be returning...

Now we have a pastry shop with a privileged location in the middle of Lagoas Park in Oeiras, which only accepts ATM payments from €20, which is both surreal in the 21st century and in the space in which it is located (it seems like a joke but it's not ).The employee who went to the table looked like a robot, like serving at the same table, he seemed more like unloading the order onto the table than serving the order.Serving tables is an art and a profession...When I go somewhere regardless of the price, when my turn comes I want to be well served, calmly, I don't like people unloading the glasses, soft drinks and saucers with the cakes, making a lot of noise, there has to be some care. .. (I have the taverns for that)There are good employees in Portugal.. it's a matter of €€€In terms of price/quality, in my opinion, it has seen better days, but that's my opinion.Good luck .

Parking: Parking meter on site, paid parking.

I do not recommend. Despite the friendliness of the new employees, the menu price is high for the type and quality of food they serve. Supposedly the menu includes a miniature, but be careful, it is not the one the customer wants, but the one the employees require. There are no vegetarian or gluten-free options. And in current times it is not understandable that payments by MB are allowedfrom €20. Even pastry shops near residential areas allow payments from €5, anyway. I won't be back.
