Because of the pastry shop, which asked me to cancel the order I had placed on Uber Eats, I was charged the money and they didn't send the products. I called Flor de Mel twice, they said they would give me my money back via Mbway both times and they never did. This way I understand that they are not serious people. Obviously I don't recommend it.
Note - it is clear that my telephone number does not end in 111. How do you know because they called me on the day of the order and later pointed out my number again (confirmed). Strangely enough, they were unable to contact me for a refund. In any case, in the future, do not give the customer the option to cancel the order via Uber again. As I explained to you, they charged me the money because I was the one who canceled. It has to be the pastry shop that does it… At least don’t do it again with anyone else…
