For now, I'm not giving 5 * on everything, as I've only visited O Boss, here in Póvoa de Santa Iria twice, and the one in Pirescoxe, I've lost count of it, and I'm still analyzing and seeing the differences.
But I think you're on the right track, just keep going ????

The starters clearly surpass the quality of the pizzas. The typical calzedonia should be much more filling, with egg benedict inside for example.
