The attendant is arrogant when she speaks, first she asks what it's going to be, then she interrupts in the middle of the order asking for the phone number, she doesn't even let the order finish, because as soon as we give the number she immediately asks if that's all...There are many steakhouses here in the area with a large flow of customers and I have never been treated like this! HORRIBLE!
I am a regular customer of this establishment and I often order the roast chicken, more specifically the showlegal menu.Lately I've been disappointed with the service because in addition to waiting a long time, the chicken arrives raw and it's not that cheap.I have always given the benefit of the doubt but it gets to a point where it gets boring. I've already questioned it, but poor things, the delivery staff are the ones who are least to blame.

Today at 12pm I ordered 2 cod with cream menus for home delivery, after about 40 minutes the order arrives, I pay the distributor, I give gratuity, what was my surprise when I served the cod all chilled inside and when I say ice cream it was ice cream, taken out of the freezer and grilled directly just to gain that kitchenAnyway....

For today's delivery of a Xou Legal menu that took almost 2 hours to deliver and calls from people who seemed to be having fun, I have to congratulate them... they managed to deliver the coca-cola properly because, moreover, ... cold and soft potatoes, cold rice, chicken, nothing more and with the bonus of a part of etiquette... the only one who showed concern in apologizing sincerely was the delivery boy. I've been ordering food from Xou Pizza for years now... and I've never seen such disdain and lack of customer care. Answer phones? Nothing...deliver on time or notify us of possible delays? Nothing... showing courtesy to the customer who pays, for the lack of care? Nothing...We paid for an amateur service. Ridiculous.... the good times at Xou Pizza are long gone... with the 17€ I paid... it would clearly be better served even at the cafe on the corner.... if you continue to treat your customers like this They give money, it's better to close... and think carefully about what they want to do.
