Came here with the family for a special birthday dinner. Really interesting layout with different rooms with slightly different decor, reminiscent of old English/ French charm. Some of it was slightly random, such as the Christmas reindeers and little Santas.
We ordered a few starters for the table and were slightly disappointed that each one came with a pile of bread. The sauce on the prawns was a highlight, but otherwise it all felt a bit dense. We ordered the fish rice, octopus and angus steak for dinner. The fish rice is a massive portion with a lot of seafood; I imagine one portion would easily serve 3 people. The octopus was slightly tough and the steak was average. The basque cheesecake tasted like it could have been a day old. The base on the meringue lemon tart was lovely.
Due to the set up of having diners in different rooms, the service was slow and not at the level it should be for the prices. It was nice, but considering the competition down the road, not sure if I would return.

The decor, ambience is extra ordinary. What a feast to the eyes. All features restored tastefully to the period. A gem of a place to dine. Food was very good too. Staff were very attentive to our needs. The owner even took time out and showed us around. Very impressed with what she had achieved. Perfect for weddings and functions. It definitely will not disappoint.

Very pleasant experience. The treatment of the staff is the best. The prices are not cheap, but the quality of the food is exceptional. Fabulous cod. Good desserts. Magnificent vegetarian risotto. The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian dishes marked on the menu. Like the risotto with mushrooms, exceptional.

I went for dinner on 16/12/2023 (I recommend you make a reservation) and it was a spectacular experience, the space is beautiful, very clean and different from usual, with incredible Christmas decoration, super welcoming, you feel magic, it's very beautiful.Regarding the food, it is also very good, the octopus, which was my main course, was super tender, as for the starters, both the cover charge and the prawns they recommended were very good! The brownie is divine.The service is excellent, the staff's uniforms are beautiful, they are all super attentive, always available and very friendly.There is a free parking lot, not very big, but I believe that if you go early you can find a space.It was a really good experience and I'm sure I'll do it again.
