I don't understand how it has so many good reviews. From the moment we entered, none of the 10 employees at the entrance gave us any guidance. When we sat down, we had to pay right when we ordered the food, and we were sitting inside the establishment. When paying, the internet didn't work on the machine, so they took my card to the front of the establishment without asking me, which doesn't convey any confidence. When the food arrived, the waffle was not made with waffle batter but with orange muffin batter. I ordered a waffle with just nutella and the orange flavor was horrible, you couldn't even taste the nutella. A terrible experience from service to food!!!!
