Terrible service, we called the attendants 3 times and when they came to the table, they arrived with the worst possible face! Don't look us in the face! Improve the attendants, friendliness improves the environment no matter how busy it is.

Excellent food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, not because of the staff, but because of the lack of organization of table service on the part of the bosses or waiters... Everyone is uncoordinated and I wasted a lot of time waiting. The food is poorly served and whoever wants it has to eat and pay. It's no longer the parasol it used to be... I prefer the xl francesinhas and the master a thousand times over the parasol. I don't recommend it at the moment ‼️

Whoever answers the phones shouldn't lie. I called to ask if it was possible to reserve, they said "No, and that it was on a first-come, first-served basis". I asked if there was anyone in line, they said "No, and the restaurant was empty". I get here and there is a line of dozens of people and the restaurant is full. And it didn't take me 3 minutes to walk.
The place is beautiful and the food is delicious as well as filling. However, the staff that served us did not seem very inviting and messed up our orders twice and insisted that it was what we ordered when it really wasn’t.

I just had a snack and a half of milk. The toast was perfect for those who don't love dripping butter (like me). The space is friendly, the service is a little slow for those who are hungry...But it's not exaggerated. The interior appearance has changed a bit since the last time I was there, it is more modern.

I'd like to know what's going on with the umbrella??? The timetable says it closes at 1am and it turns out it closes at 00:40.
