We treated ourselves to a three-course meal including drinks and our very high expectations were far exceeded. The food is presented and served with a lot of love and creativity. The look of the food is already impressive. However, this is even surpassed in terms of taste! Rarely in my life have I eaten so delicately. I have rarely experienced such friendly, attentive, informative and competent service (in English!). The fact that this wonderful restaurant is located in the old walls of a former coastal fort and therefore offers a unique ambience is almost irrelevant.
This restaurant is an absolute experience and a must for fans of delicious food!!!

A different place to have dinner. Entering the fort and arriving at the restaurant creates a unique atmosphere. We are welcomed by the chef with a huge smile and politeness typical of a Michelin restaurant. The sober and classic decor makes us feel like we are in a really special environment. The room is small which helps to create a calmer environment. The service is excellent, as is each dish chosen. But what broke the scale were the desserts that I don't even have words to describe, they were so good. It's really worth every penny spent.
