A different place to have dinner. Entering the fort and arriving at the restaurant creates a unique atmosphere. We are welcomed by the chef with a huge smile and politeness typical of a Michelin restaurant. The sober and classic decor makes us feel like we are in a really special environment. The room is small which helps to create a calmer environment. The service is excellent, as is each dish chosen. But what broke the scale were the desserts that I don't even have words...
