I ordered bread with breading and lettuce. From the beginning, the attendant was completely unfriendly. When I went to eat it I noticed that the lettuce was wilted black and had several pieces of dirt on it. I thought it was a huge lack of hygiene but I asked politely. She said it was trampled on bread when everyone, me and my friends who were with me, saw that it was dirt. Even so, we sat down again but I removed the lettuce because I wasn't going to eat it with soil, obviously. I continued to talk to my friends about what happened. A very nice lady came to see if it was really land because I remember that we are all 14 years old and so we could be wrong. The lady agreed with us and said it really was dirt and not burnt bread. The attendant came out again VERY arrogant and rude and started arguing with the lady who helped us. He offended, shouted and argued with her for 5 minutes and when the lady decided to leave she continued to complain. I think it's OUTRAGE that people like these are serving the public and that a place like this is ruined by the bad manners and arrogance of the attendants and the lack of hygiene. I also say that I will leave a note in the complaints book.PS: we are 14 years old but we deserve respect and education like all other adults because we also offer this respect and education to the attendant.
