I expected much more from this restaurant. I went to the ITALIAN restaurant expecting to eat homemade and tasty pasta, but I was super disappointed when they served me packaged pasta and frozen shrimp... Italian restaurant that serves packaged pasta... that's what I have to say... not to mention the price, which is absurd, for a dish that is made with frozen and packaged things... Anyway... a disappointment...

Caruso is a very nice restaurant and excellently located on the seafront. It has tables with a beautiful view of the beach and also places outside. The menu mainly includes first courses and pizzas. After several days of disappointment with the cuisine of the Region, I turned towards something more familiar. In reality I didn't find much Italian. Friendly and welcoming staff with rather quick service. I got a pizza, a salad and a medium beer. The pizza wasn't the best I've ever eaten but it wasn't the worst either, and abroad this isn't something to be taken for granted. The salad is very simple. Looking at the menu I had the impression that there is a use of cream that goes beyond my personal tastes. I believe we can give it a full pass but, also in relation to the prices (pizza diavola, medium beer and salad €25), no more.

The restaurant is undoubtedly very welcoming. However, unfortunately, the food my son chose, lasagna, which is one of the house's specialties, had no meat, which left my son quite dissatisfied. I know it's a very well-known restaurant, but I have to be honest, the quality and price is not represented as it should be. It may have been just a bad experience, but I feel like I have to share, as it's not exactly a cheap restaurant so you won't be satisfied with what you eat.
