Good experience among friends. We were well received and chose the sirloin francesinha and it was impeccable. The sauce is good, with flavor and soul. We had a drink, chatted and stayed in the place at ease and without stress. I recommend.

Historic establishment in Póvoa de Varzim, recently renovated, is very beautiful. The atmosphere is good but it lacked a little life, at least acoustically. I hadn't tried the francesinha yet, having already been recommended it several times. Special Francesinha, basically, has roast beef and loin, options between €13.5 and €15, it's not cheap. There wasn't much to choose from and I went for the roast beef, with the 1/2 French option. I didn't dislike it, but I can't deny that I was expecting more. I'll visit again to try the sirloin. The potatoes are homemade, a super positive point. The sauce, not surprisingly, is a sweet sauce characteristic of the region. Otherwise, everything seemed fresh to me, and well prepared, well-filled francesinha. The service is great, but I would advise not to interrupt in the middle of the meal to ask what we think, it doesn't look good. I'll be back to try other options!

The space itself is beautiful and modern and is therefore a pleasant place to have coffee or go there with friends. I went for dinner and ordered roast beef francesinha, I was expecting more, although it wasn't bad it wasn't very good either. I thought the francesinha was a little cheap compared to other places in the area, but I also thought that everything else was a little expensive, I'm talking about starters and desserts.
