We recently visited Chiccas Restaurant and although it’s not a vegan restaurant, Chicca impressed us with her willingness to create a variety of vegan options. Her knowledge for vegan cuisine was clear and much appreciated.
We ordered the vegan tapas platter for two, along with a vegan burger. The tapas platter was visually stunning and offered an impressive variety of flavors and dishes. However, the portions were incredibly generous—almost overwhelming. It’s definitely a great option for those with a hearty appetite.
Chicca herself is a lively and passionate host, bringing a lot of energy to the dining experience.
It might not be the ideal place if you prefer a quieter, more reserved atmosphere.
The Restaurant was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed the Christmas decorations.

Ik ben Emma (2007) en van België Bijna geen woorden kunnen mijn ervaring van dit restaurant beschrijven. Je had een ongelofelijke van harte verwelkoming. Iedere klant behandelen ze zeer vriendelijk en naar hun wensen. Het personeel doet je zo opfleuren. Ik ben vegan en wou de vegan salade nemen, maar had er twijfels bij: zou dit wel voldoende en lekker zou zijn? Zonder het te vragen maakte de chef een aangepaste salade: de mooiste en lekkerste die ik ooit heb gezien en gegeten in mijn leven. Voor mij was het 100% geslaagd. Ik zou nog veel meer kunnen vertellen maar kortom: ga het bezoeken en het zelf ervaren?

Via de receptie van ons verblijf werd Chicca,s aanbevolen om lekker uit eten te gaan. Maar wat was het voor ons een teleurstelling. We besloten om voor het tapasmenu(sharing) te gaan. De stukjes zoete paprika en wortel leken zo uit een potje te komen. Er lag 1 gamba om te sharen die overigens heerlijk was.1 stuk meloen met 1 klein stukje uitgebakken bacon, linzen, kikkererwten en bonen. Een pureetje op een droog/hard stukje brood. Verder kaas en worsten wat weinig smaak had. Wij vonden het helaas niet de smaak hebben waarop we hadden gehoopt. De bediening was vriendelijk maar hebben niet de vraag (durven) stellen of het ons gesmaakt had. Het menu op de site komt trouwens niet overeens met het menu in het restaurant. Jammer.

Heel leuk restaurant, lieve mensen en heerlijk eten, grote porties, en heerlijk kip, lekker mals en juicy en ook dr spareribs waren echt top. Zelfs de koffie en andere drankjes waren heerlijk

We arrived when the restaurant was pretty empty on a Wednesday in mid/late February for dinner, but it wasn’t long before the tables started to fill up. Terrific food and a nice choice on the menu; three of us shared the tapas platter which was such a feast and so delicious. We saved room for dessert as the display in their glass counter showed them off to entice us to taste them - yum!There was a great atmosphere and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. And unusually for we were also able to bring the dogs in. Thank you, our visitors really loved their meal at Chicca’s.
Parking: There is a disabled space outside one side of the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a mechanical lift to use instead of the stairs

Wow, this place blew my socks off! We were invited by some friends of ours, and wasn't quite sure what to expect. We had been to many of the Luz restaurants, but somehow had been skipping this one for no apparent reason. Why did I waste so much time? One of the best meals I have had in a while. The food was delicious, service was perfect, and the restaurant is beautiful.

Every bite was delightful. She is an amazing chef with years of vegan experience. We called a couple days ahead to let her know that we wanted the Vegan Tapas Platter. It was Fantastic! Too full for dessert. The vegan chocolate cake looked amazing. ? This place rocks for vegan options.
