They opened the sliding doors once we asked. (This could have been done before our arrival in my opinion) The waiter was sweating and running up and down the stairs to serve us. His shirt was drenched in sweat. Food took a long time to arrive. Octopus Alcatra was alright some tentacles were rubbery. The chocolate mousse has an aftertaste of alcohol and was hard with no fluff. I am convinced it was in the fridge for a week. I don’t plan to come back nor recommend this place to any of my friends visiting Terceira

We were four people seating at a tiny plastic table, always having to ask the staff when our food would have arrived as well as for clean glasses, given that every single one that they brought was dangerously dirty, probably straight from someone else's table (and this was during COVID). The prices were high considering how low the quality of everything was, and the cashier was the slowest I have ever seen, taking 12 minutes to print the bill and make the credit card machine work, since he was chatting with the cooks, which is probably the reason why they themselves were so pathetically slow.
