I had a bad experience at this establishment. They gave me a dirty glass to drink some juice and I ended up drinking directly from the bottle. I was supposed to eat a cake and I ended up not wanting anything after seeing flies inside the display case where the cakes are stored. Flies everywhere and the price was expensive. The toilet was not very clean. I don't know how ASAE hasn't inspected this establishment yet.

The best croissant!!! I loved!Very friendly attendants!Like all the cafes I go to, they are not accommodating to people with lactose intolerance. I think they should start implementing lactose-free, soy or other milk. But not just this one, all of them.

2 couples (50's) dined here in June. it is located opposite the waterfront/cruise terminal area of downtown Ponta Delgada. Our original choice this night was closed so we opted here. Not a true Portuguese/European cuisine restaurant. More comfort food. Salads, pizza, burgers, sandwiches. We had couple pizzas, burger, chicken plate. Food was OK. Service was good. Food served hot and timely. Burger cooked to order. Pizza not bad. Chicken plate was decent. Fries tasty. it is attached to mall and that is where the bathroom is, in mall on second floor. the restaurant is street side and we ate outside. Had a glass of wine and 5 beers all for $65 US. There are better higher end options in the immediate area but if just looking for some Americanize type comfort food this place will suit your needs.

My daughter and I stopped here for drinks and (daughter) to use the WIFi. It was a great hour for the both of us. The staff were extremely helpful and we were able to use the bathrooms upstairs.

This place was suggested by our tour guide and didn't disappoint. Food was delicious, although when we got there they have ran out of a couple of things. Great location andthe cakes and sweets were to die for.
